EKSTRAKLASA: TOP QUALITY MEN’S ENTERTAINMENT
BASELINE SITUATION
An obsolete and visually appalling identification system of Ekstraklasa. Insufficiently spectacular and unrecognisable among other types of entertainment, unable to convey emotions related to football competition. A less-than-premium system, which did not reflect the prestigious competition of the best Polish football clubs.
THE CHALLENGE
To develop a logo and a system that would be recognisable as a symbol of top quality men’s entertainment. Premium not only in comparison to the existing system but also in absolute terms. The designed solution was to be effective in all the media (TV, Internet) and in reality (stadium).
SOLUTION
A logo designed to be a sign of the “club of the clubs” that unites all the fans of the Polish Ekstraklasa, clubs and players alike. An innovative, masculine and football-related logo that symbolises the rivalry of all Ekstraklasa clubs united under a single sign: “e” for “ekstraklasa”.
